1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our Supplement Packets. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
✔ Items must be unopened, in original packaging
✔ Proof of purchase (order #/receipt) required
✖ Final sale items (e.g., clearance/discounted products) are non-refundable
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number
- Product name(s) and quantity
- Reason for return
- We’ll email a prepaid return label (US only) or instructions.

4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
5. Damaged or Defective Products
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@1stphormus.my for a free replacement or refund. Photos may be required.
6. Subscription Returns
Cancel subscriptions anytime via your account. Unopened packets from subscription boxes are refundable within 30 days.
